VIRTUAL TRAININGS
The American Heart Association (AHA) HeartCode CPR Virtual is one of AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the CPR Course. CPR Virtual allows students to control their learning environment. It allows 100% contactless learning for those who need to quarantine or prefer social distancing. A convenient alternative for CPR training, this online course allows students to train at their own pace and on their own schedule. This course is based on the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

Providers must complete the online portion of AHA HeartCode (Step 1) (included in cost) and then complete a hands-on skills session at home with Healthforce USA AHA Instructor(s) via zoom. All equipment and online courses are provided, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR eCard at the completion of the training. Student can be located anywhere within the United States (we do not ship equipment internationally). All equipments are shipped, we do not allow for in person pickup.
Heartsaver CPR is designed for non-healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of settings.
Upon completion of this course (online course + zoom session with live instructor), students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR eCard Completion Card that is valid for two years. During the course, an AHA Instructor conducts video-based lessons and works with students to complete their CPR and AED skills practice and testing. The AHA eCard is the same exact eCard provided to in person courses.
Important: This virtual training takes a minimum of 2 weeks to complete, and could be longer if there are shipping delay. Sometimes it also varies by individual by when to complete the online course (Part 1). If you are in a rush or your certification expires soon the virtual training option might not be your best option, we suggest taking the in person class. How does the AHA BLS CPR Virtual Course work?

Register and confirm your zoom session on our enrollment portal Healthforce Virtual Training. The cost of the Virtual training varies from pay $275-$325, you will be emailed your course key to take the AHA HeartCode® Online Course (Part 1) from elearning.heart.org. Please allow up to 24 hours, to 36 hours to arrive in your inbox. Check your spam folder too.

While you take the HeartCode BLS online course your CPR Training Kit is shipped to your home address (refer to photo below of CPR kit).

It is important to schedule your zoom session at least 2 weeks apart form your registration date, to give ample time for you to do the part 1 (online part) and enough time for shipping of your manikin, and be able to practice on it before your zoom skills test session.

Laptop with camera required for Zoom session & phone required for feedback device.

Complete the zoom session with the live instructor. Upon completion of the CPR course your instructor is satisfied to give you a pass score, he/she will issue you the American Heart Association (AHA) CPR eCard. It is important to claim and activate your eCard prior to leaving the zoom room.

At the end, You keep the equipment for future years to do virtually at home again in 2 years.

Switching from virtual trainings to in-person classroom courses is prohibited. In the event that you encounter difficulties completing the course, you will be required to re-register for the in-person classroom course and pay the relevant fees. Registrations for virtual trainings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
